Dr. Elle, I owe you and the Nexus Letter Now team a debt of gratitude forever! My wife and I cannot thank you and your team enough!

The VA wanted to reduce my rating from 100% to 90% (a $1500 monthly reduction) because their doctor said my back injury (Lumbosacral strain) had slightly improved. The VA gave me 60 days to submit a rebuttal before reducing my rating. I began to search for medical experts who could provide the nexus letter with medical evidence.

Today, the VA not only kept me rated 100%, but accepted your medical evidence and nexus letter that increased my disability rating!

In their own words:
Your combined rating evaluation is:
● Evaluation of lumbosacral strain, which is currently 20 percent disabling, is increased to 40 percent effective April 1, 2026.
● Service connection for left lower extremity radiculopathy affecting the sciatic nerve is granted with an evaluation of 10 percent effective April 1, 2026.
● Service connection for right lower extremity radiculopathy affecting the sciatic nerve is granted with an evaluation of 10 percent effective April 1, 2026.

To anyone in need of medical evidence for their VA claim, don’t waste time looking around for help, GO STRAIGHT TO Nexus Letter Now!!!

Absolutely a complete blessing 160%!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ellene Biegel, DC and Nexus Letter Now, and the help she provided me throughout my VA supplemental claim. From the beginning, Dr. Biegel was kind, honest, professional, and genuinely supportive. She took the time to thoroughly review my history and medical evidence and wrote a very detailed nexus letter for my back condition. She also helped me put together strong personal lay statements for both my back condition and sleep apnea that accurately told my story and explained how these conditions have affected my life.

What impressed me most was that I never felt like I was just another veteran or another claim. She listened to me, answered my questions, was straightforward with me, and supported me throughout the entire supplemental claim process.

After previously being rated at 90%, my supplemental claim was ultimately successful and I was awarded 100% Permanent & Total.

I am extremely grateful for Dr. Biegel's professionalism, knowledge, compassion, and the quality of the work she did on my behalf.

For any veteran looking for someone who will take the time to understand their individual circumstances and prepare thorough, well-supported documentation, I highly recommend Dr. Ellene Biegel and Nexus Letter Now. She truly made a difference in my journey, and I will always be grateful for the help and support she gave me.

I highly recommend Dr. Kristopher Biegel, DC, Veteran and Co-Founder of Nexus Letter Now. He wrote a thorough, well-reasoned nexus letter that played an important role in helping me obtain VA service connection for my bilateral cavovarus foot condition.

As a result, I was awarded service connection with 10% for my left foot and 10% for my right foot. His professionalism, attention to detail, and understanding of the VA claims process were outstanding.

W.L.,

Hello Veterans! My name is A P Jr. Thank you so much for your service!

If you're a veteran who has been denied a VA claim or feels your disability rating doesn't accurately reflect your service-connected conditions, I highly recommend reaching out to Dr. Elle.

When I first started working with her, I was only rated at 10% for tinnitus. Dr. Elle took the time to thoroughly review my military service and medical history. She wrote an incredibly detailed and well-supported nexus letter for my flat feet caused by my time in Field Artillery, and because of her work, my VA disability rating increased from 10% to 40%.

What impressed me most is that she is honest, straightforward, and truly cares about helping veterans. She won't make promises she can't keep, but she will do everything she can to build the strongest case possible. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the VA claims process are exceptional.

I'm so confident in her work that I'm continuing to work with her on other claims that I was previously denied.

If you've been told "no" by the VA, don't give up. Having the right medical professional on your side can make all the difference. If you're looking for someone who genuinely fights for veterans and provides detailed, professional nexus letters, give Dr. Elle a chance. She changed the outcome of my claim, and she may be able to help change yours too.

Thankfully,
A.P. Jr.

After years of dealing with health issues and fighting through the VA claims process, I was honestly feeling frustrated and discouraged. I knew how much my PTSD was affecting other areas of my health, but proving that connection to the VA felt overwhelming.

I reached out to Nexus Letter Now for help with nexus letters for my Sleep Apnea, Migraines, and GERD, all secondary to my service-connected PTSD. From the beginning, Dr. Elle treated me with respect and took the time to review my medical history and records. The letters they provided were detailed, professional, and backed by medical research. More importantly, they clearly explained what I had been experiencing for years and how these conditions were connected.

The VA claims process can make veterans feel like they’re constantly having to prove what they’re going through. Having strong medical evidence gave me confidence that my case was finally being presented the way it should have been.

Because of the evidence I submitted, including the nexus letters they prepared, I was ultimately awarded a 100% VA disability rating.

Seeing that decision after all the stress, waiting, and uncertainty was an incredible relief for me and my family.

I know every veteran’s situation is different and no company can guarantee results, but I can honestly say that Nexus Letter Now helped me tell my story through solid medical evidence. Their work made a significant difference in my claim, and I am grateful for the support they provided throughout the process.

If you’re a veteran struggling to establish a service connection or secondary condition, I would absolutely recommend giving them a chance. For me, it was one of the best decisions I made during my VA claim journey.

I am a U.S. Navy Veteran, and I worked with Dr. Elle for my Erectile Dysfunction claim secondary to Major Depressive Disorder. With Dr. Elle’s assistance, my claim was approved, and I received service connection along with Special Monthly Compensation (SMC-K) for loss of use of a creative organ.

My experience with Dr. Elle was outstanding from start to finish. She took the time to thoroughly review my records, answered my questions, and provided a detailed, well-written nexus letter that clearly explained the medical connection between my service-connected condition and my ED. Her professionalism, knowledge of the VA claims process, and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout the entire process.

Most importantly, she genuinely cared about helping me present the strongest claim possible. The communication was excellent, the turnaround time was quick, and the final product exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend Dr. Elle to any veteran seeking assistance with VA disability claims. Her expertise and dedication made a significant difference in my case.

I would like to personally thank Dr Elle for her outstanding service and experience towards my VA sleep apnea disability claim. My experience with Dr Elle was easy and stress free . She provided a well detailed nexus letter with a layout statement and I was awarded 50% disability rating. Thanks again , Dr Elle

Claim: Secondary service connection for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) as secondary to service-connected Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder.

Rating Received: 100% Permanent and Total

My Experience: Dr. Biegel's nexus letter was the turning point in my VA claim. After multiple denials, her thorough medical opinion identified critical flaws in the VA examiner's conclusions and built an airtight physiological argument connecting my service-connected psychiatric conditions to my OSA. Her coaching and guidance gave me the confidence to pursue a Higher-Level Review, present my case effectively in the informal conference, and ultimately prevail.

Dr. Biegel goes far beyond writing a letter, she is a true advocate who fights alongside veterans every step of the way. Because of her work I am now rated 100% Permanent and Total.

I cannot recommend her highly enough to any veteran navigating the VA claims process.

K.F., USAF

Dr. Elle helped me with nexus letters for my cervical strain and lumbosacral strain, which also supported my radiculopathy claims. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and made the process much less stressful.

Thanks to her help, I received the ratings I deserved and was ultimately awarded 100% Permanent & Total through the VA.

I highly recommend Dr. Elle to any veteran needing help with their claim.

B.J., USA

Lumbar Strain with upper & lower radiculopathy.
I received 40% for lumbar, and 10% each for right and left sciatic and lower radiculopathy.
The upper radiculopathy was deferred.
Overall rating with the additional 60% is now 100% P&T.

NexusLetterNow was a crucial part of my claim process. After my first claim was denied, and Dr Elle wrote a rebuttal letter was the critical component in getting my rating. You could tell from reading through the letters that she not only knew the medical condition, but the VA terminology needed to get the job done.

I would highly recommend NexusLetterNow to any Vet looking to document a claim.

T.M., ARNG

I highly recommend Nexus Letter Now. The nexus letter they prepared for my disability claim was thorough, professional, and clearly aligned with what the VA looks for.

After submitting the nexus letter and supporting documentation, my rating increased and ultimately pushed me over 100% disability.

Their detailed and well-organized work made a huge difference in my claim. If you need a strong nexus letter, this team knows what they’re doing. Professional, responsive, and worth every penny.

S.C. , USN

Just wanted to say thank you again for the excellent Nexus letter you wrote for me.

The VA approved my GERD claim with a 10% service-connected disability rating, and I truly believe your detailed and professional documentation made the difference.

As a veteran, it means a lot to work with someone who actually understands the process and takes the time to do it right. I really appreciate your help and would definitely recommend your services to other vets.

NexusLetterNow has been incredible. My pancreatic cancer claim went from not service connected to 100% in less than 2 months. I sent them my information and had my nexus letter in days. Thank you so much.

S.W., USMC

Dr Kristopher and Elle Biegel are amazing, compassionate, and driven to support and get positive results for their clients. I personally reviewed and contacted numerous Nexus letter agencies and my spirit kept bringing me back to Nexus Letter Now. I spoke with both of them and they were consistent and upfront about the process and my claim.

I Had two claims pending review by a VA judge, but as soon as I submitted my Nexus Letter for one of them, my decision was approved and I went from 50% to 70%.

With all the business and professional stuff aside, the biggest thing that sat with me about them was that they would check up with me from time to time out of the blue. Sometimes, just to say hi. Like we were friends. That meant a lot. I consider them friends even though we live in two different states.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND with ENTHUSIASM that all veterans struggling to connect their injuries with their time in service to contact Nexus Letter Now immediately. I promise you that you will be completely satisfied.

Highly Recommended – Thank You Dr. Biegel and Nexus Letter Now!

After years of seeing different doctors and struggling to manage my symptoms, no one had fully connected how my original service injury affected me overall. Then I found Dr. Biegel.

She took the time to carefully review everything, linked the key medical details, and put together a clear, logical report for the Naval Board. That report was exactly what was needed to help correct my medical records.

I’m so grateful I found Nexus Letter Now. They provided professional, straightforward medical insights that finally explained my true condition in a concise and accurate way. It gave me real confidence going forward.
Thank you, Dr. Biegel! Your thorough work and expertise made a big difference for me. I highly recommend your services to any veteran who needs help getting the right documentation for their claim.

I was introduced to Dr. Elle by my vet representative, Jeremiah Prude. I'm extremely thankful for the services that Dr. Elle provides for Veterans, such as myself, that were in a position of waiting and uncertainty because of our claims being denied by the V.A.

When my claim was denied after being diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, we knew exactly who to call. Once Dr. Elle provided a Nexus letter and a lay statement on my behalf, I could see that there was light at the end of the tunnel. I was rated at 90% when her services were requested, and as a result of Dr. Elle's professionalism, diligence and attention to detail concerning my particular condition I was able to secure that elusive 100% rating that all Veterans not only dream of, but deserve.

In the beginning to some degree, like any other unknown, I was slightly skeptical and had a few questions concerning the qualifications, credentials and services that Dr. Elle provided. I was able to secure a phone conversation with her that eased all apprehension and speculation surrounding her services.

In closing, Dr. Elle has been a heaven sent. I am happy that our paths crossed and that her services were able to play a vital part in my experience with the Veterans Administration. Thank you for everything, Dr. Elle. Semper Fi.

My name is A.P., a United States Air Force veteran who was 70% service connected for generalized anxiety. I have been working on a claim for obstructive sleep apnea since approximately March of 2022.

I have spent thousands of dollars getting medical opinions and records reviews from other places. I came upon Nexus Letter Now in August of 2025 and was surprised by not only the quick response times, also the affordability. Nexus Letter Now gave me a file review and a medical opinion in less then a week. I went from 70% service connection to 90% service connection which included a 50% secondary service connection for obstructive sleep apnea.

The process started in August of 2025 and was finally approved in May of 2026. Prior to coming to Nexus Letter Now, I had been denied numerous times over the 3 plus years.

The Dr. Biegel team is the best in the country and have an unwavering commitment to the veteran community. The best advice I can give to any veteran looking to get their claim approved efficiently and in a timely manner is a well drafted medical opinion accompanied with a lay statement which explains the impact your condition has on family members and others.

“We have assigned a 10 percent evaluation for your knee strain or sprain, right based on: Sprain, incomplete ligament tear, or complete ligament tear (repaired, unrepaired, or failed repair) causing persistent instability, without a prescription from a medical provider for an assistive device (e.g., cane(s), crutch(es), walker) or bracing for ambulation”.

I had a great experience working with Dr. Biegel. She was really thorough and took the time to understand my situation with my right knee. She looked at my history and made strong connections. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. I’d definitely recommend her

B.J., ARNG

Dear Dr. Biegel, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and to recommend your superb skills in providing a Nexus Letter for an application for a secondary VA disability claim.

As you know, a secondary VA disability claim seeks compensation for a new medical condition caused or aggravated by an existing service-connected primary disability. These claims require medical evidence- a nexus linking the two conditions.

Your expertise in crafting a comprehensive and well-reasoned Nexus Letter was instrumental in my application. The letter you provided clearly and concisely established the medical nexus between my primary service-connected disability and the secondary condition, which was crucial for my claim. I was incredibly impressed with your thoroughness, your understanding of the VA claims process, and your ability to translate complex medical information into a clear and persuasive document.

Your professionalism and dedication to your clients are truly commendable. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to any veteran in need of a Nexus Letter. Thank you again for your outstanding work.

I would like to give Dr. Elle the highest recommendation possible for the outstanding work she did on Dan’s VA nexus letter. Dr. Elle wrote an extremely thorough, professional, and well-supported nexus letter that helped Dan receive a 100% service-connected disability rating for PTSD.

Her report clearly explained the medical evidence and connected his condition to his military service in a way that was organized, detailed, and easy for the VA to understand. Because of the strength of her letter and medical opinion, the VA granted Dan a 100% service-connected rating for PTSD.

We are incredibly grateful for the time, effort, and expertise she put into reviewing his records and preparing such a strong report. The VA is still reviewing the dementia portion of the claim. At this time they are split on that issue and have scheduled two additional C&P exams. We are currently waiting for the final decision on that part of the claim.

However, Dr. Elle’s work has already made a tremendous difference for our family. She is extremely knowledgeable about the VA disability system, very professional, and truly dedicated to helping veterans receive the benefits they deserve. Her attention to detail and understanding of how to properly document service connection made a significant impact on our case.
Because of our experience, I highly recommend Dr. Elle to any veteran who needs a strong, well-written nexus letter for their VA disability claim. Her work truly matters and can change lives.

For any veteran looking for help with a VA disability claim, I strongly recommend Dr. Elle. She wrote an excellent nexus letter for Dan that helped him receive a 100% service-connected rating for PTSD. Her report was detailed, clear, and strongly supported by the medical evidence. The VA is still reviewing the dementia claim and has scheduled two additional C&P exams, but her letter was a huge part of getting the PTSD approved at 100%. Dr. Elle understands the VA system and truly works to help veterans.
