How We Started
As a Marine Corps veteran, Dr. Kristopher Biegel experienced firsthand how confusing and isolating the VA claims process can be. After transitioning to civilian life and earning his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine, he saw the same story repeat with patient after patient: veterans with real, service-connected conditions struggling to get the medical evidence the VA required. His wife, Dr. Elle Biegel, brought a different but complementary perspective, before becoming a chiropractor herself, she worked as a paralegal, giving her a sharp eye for the kind of evidence that actually holds up under scrutiny. Together, they started Nexus Letter Now to combine clinical expertise with a clear understanding of what a strong claim requires.
